For the fourth straight year, PPL Electric has ranked #1 in regional customer service  by J.D Power and Associates. Out of 17 large eastern electrical companies, PPL ranked 1st with a score of 693 out of 1,000. Online surveys of residential customers is what gave PPL such a high ranking for the fourth straight year. This survey questions customers about reliability, quality, billing, payment, price and rates, customer service, corporate citizenship and communications.
