    To help with service issues in Pennsylvania, electric utility Penelec has created an intiative to improve their vehicles. By the end of October, Penelec is expecting to have 350 of its 400 trucks equipped with laptops. This will allow for quicker reaction time to outages and general service issues, creating a better overall experience for its customers. With this new technology being implemented by the end of October, customers should experience faster customer support during the upcoming winter months.
