With customers on the go all the time, PECO has launched mobile tools to provide customers with a better overall experience.

PECO’s new mobile site, Smart Mobile On-The-Go, allows customers to have more options in terms of viewing information about their account, paying their bill, reporting an outage in their area and view an enhanced outage map. With this new and improved outage map, customers can zoom in for more details about a specific outage including the estimated time when service will be restored, the cause of a given outage and if a crew has been sent to fix the outage.

The PECO mobile site is compatible with all mobile devices and can be accessed by going to PECO’s mobile site.
