The program is touted to be a way to offer customers even greater choice when it comes to electricity rates by offering rewards to customers. In the initiative, customers can earn up to 1,800 points every year, which can be redeemed for airline miles, hotel rewards and retail merchandise.
Any customer of Bounce Energy, whether they are new, current, residential or commercial, can sign up for the incentive.
The program is one of several Bounce has developed to entice those looking to switch energy providers to sign up with the company. Customers also have the opportunity to sign up for the Bounce Energy Rewards Program, which offers movie tickets, gift cards, bill credits and free electricity for promptly and consistently paying electricity bills.
Energy deregulation in Texas has led many companies to offer customers similar rewards packages. With consumers now able to search out retail electricity providers on their own, companies are developing innovative ways to attract and retain customers.
